All new undergraduate students must attend orientation before they may register. For information, see Information for Undergraduate Students or contact the Office of Outreach and Transition Programs at (972) 780-3661.

Students who are seeking advising should contact the office of their adviser 1-2 weeks in advance of the scheduled registration time for an appointment. In addition, on the days of Orientation Registration, undergraduate advisers are primarily assisting new students and, therefore, are not as available for appointments with continuing students.
Registration begins at 7:00 a.m., January 9 and continues until 5:30 p.m., January 12.
Students who apply for admission after the admission deadline will register during Period 5, Late Registration, which will be available January 13, 16 - 18.
Payment is due the same day you register by 6 p.m. If you fail to pay fees, your classes are deleted. You will have to re-register during Period 5, Late Registration.
Short-term loans are available online at my.unt.edu. Short-term loans are also available in Student Financial Services. You must be enrolled to apply for a short-term loan and you cannot have any outstanding amount owed to the university.
