The Substance Abuse certificate at University of North Texas at Dallas (UNTD) meets academic requirements for the Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) certification issued by the state of Texas. of all other US states or territories. Students in this program who plan to seek licensure
outside the state of Texas should contact the appropriate licensing agency or board
