​Please use this form to complete Student Organization Registration Renewal and report all student organization activities and progress from the past year. This form is due May 25th each year.

Please be aware of the following items prior to starting your  application:
  1. Any errors in this application will delay and potentially disqualify your organization from being recognized. Make sure all information requested is entered and accurate.
  2. Be prepared to upload the most current copies of your organization's constitution/bylaws, membership roster, and risk management policy.
  3. Once submitted your application will be moved to a pending folder where it will be processed. Do not assume that because you have submitted your application that it has been approved. Once the application has been reviewed, you will receive notification indicating one of the following:
  • Your application has been approved.
  • Your application is missing information and is considered pending until information is received.
