Our 15-day program is specifically geared toward newly promoted first-line supervisors/sergeants, and is designed to assist new sergeants in navigating the critical shift between officer and sergeant. The program can also be adapted to include experienced sergeants looking to strengthen their leadership skills. Course content includes interactive discussions on decision-making, communication, management, and leadership, with emphasis on personal and career development.  Programs can be hosted in a 3 week (15 consecutive days), 5 week (three days/week), 6 week (one week on/one week off), or 15-week (one day/week) sessions. At the end of our program, participants will have had in-depth training and discussion in areas such as communication, conflict resolution, socioeconomic and political factors affecting police leaders, procedural justice, mentoring and coaching, and much more.
