The Distance Learning Advisory Committee (DLAC) is the governance body of the Distance Learning and Instructional Technology (DLIT) office. This ad-hoc committee advises DLIT in the strategy, policy, research, quality design, teaching, and learning initiatives, as well as resource allocation.
In 2021-2022, the DLAC group met fall and spring and was comprised of UNTD faculty, as noted in the table below.

From 2022-2023, the DLAC will become a standing committee that will:
- meet year-round;
- include student, staff, and faculty representation;
- assist DLIT in creating and enacting a 5-year strategic plan.
