OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES (OER)

CANVAS COMMONS

Canvas Commons is a learning object repository that enables educators to find, import, and share resources. A digital library full of educational content, Commons allows Canvas users to share learning resources with other users as well as import learning resources into a Canvas course. Log into Canvas as you normally do and the Commons is located in the left-handed navigation.

MERLOT

Merlot is a free and open online library designed for the educational community and learners around the world. As a member, you can contribute to the library of resources, build your own personal collections, contribute your comments, learning assignments, and evaluations, and participate more extensively in the MERLOT Community.

 

OERTX REPOSITORY

OERTX Repository is a public digital library of open educational resources for higher education. Search collections or create and collaborate to improve instruction.

 

OPEN COURSE LIBRARY

The Open Course Library (OCL) is a collection of shareable course materials, including syllabi, course activities, readings, and assessments designed by teams of college faculty, instructional designers, librarians, and other experts. OCL courses and materials have undergone testing for accessibility and have been designed using the industry-standard Quality Matters (QM) rubric for assessing the quality of online courses. Unless otherwise noted, all materials are shared under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license.
