CPI Leadership Development class meets at Meadows Building

The Caruth Police Institute is celebrating its 10th year serving law enforcement. CPI's work continues to be an agent of change in our community, with a myriad of projects including its remarkable leadership training programs. These projects and partnerships include:

  • Developing a relationship with the new Dallas Police Department Chief Renee Hall, who comes to Dallas from Detroit.
  • Pursuing a police efficiency study thanks to a $250,000 grant from the Communities Foundation of Texas
  • Working with the Dallas Independent School District to help improve the Carter High School College Academy for Law Enforcement.
