As plans for the fall semester continue to unfold, UNT Dallas is excited about welcoming more students and employees to campus. The UNT Dallas main campus will resume services gradually and cautiously to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students, faculty, and staff.

Masks are no longer required on campus, but students, employees and campus visitors are strongly encouraged to wear a facial covering while on campus. Visit the COVID-19 Knowledge Center for more detailed information about our campus guidelines and Fall 2021 course information.

For the Fall semester, more classes will be conducted in a face-to-face format, but students who prefer to learn virtually will still have that option.

  • Many freshman and sophomore level courses will be offered on campus in a safe, face-to-face format.
  • Many other classes, especially at the junior, senior and graduate levels, will be offered in a remote or online format.
  • Students should check the course schedule for format options and view our guide to course options

Dining and other campus services will be open for business, ready to serve students and employees.

Student Activities

During the fall semester, a limited number of student activities will be offered in person. A variety of virtual opportunities and events will be offered as well. Students should watch their UNT Dallas email and check online for updates.

Residence Hall

Wisdom Hall will open in Fall 2021 at 90% occupancy. At the current time, all applicants for Fall 2021 housing will automatically be added to the waitlist. Due to occupancy modifications, the $100 application fee is not required to apply for Fall 2021 housing.
