At UNT Dallas, our goal is to become a nationally recognized, customer focused, best place to work. This would be a workplace in which all team members are engaged in our mission. They are able to do–and are inspired to do–their best work.

To help us determine our progress in creating an engaged culture, we use the Gallup Employee Engagement Survey, which was administered for the first time in January 2017. On this survey, we also asked team members how likely they are to recommend UNT Dallas as a place to work.

The results from that survey have now been made available on the UNT Dallas website at www.untdallas.edu/hr/gallup.  

In the coming weeks, UNT System HR will hold a series of seminars on campus focused on engagement, and what the results mean for our campus going forward.

The results of this survey will be used to create a better working environment on campus in hopes of making UNT Dallas one of the best places to work by 2020.
