Registered Student Organizations are able to host tables at JAG Fest, UNT Dallas' student involvement fair, from 11AM-2PM on Wednesday September 5th from 11AM-2PM. If you would like to host a table for your student organization, you will need to fill out this form each semester.

The deadline to register for a table for JAG Fest is September 1st at 12PM.

Registration is first come, first serve until filled or the registration deadline. *
I understand that this event is a mutual opportunity for students and student organizations. This is not an opportunity to host a fundraiser. No fundraising will take place at this event on behalf of my student organization. *
For risk management and liability purposes: No homemade food/drink items AND no open flames are permitted at this event *
For accessibility purposes, no large items will block entrances, walkways, etc. near these tables. *
I understand and give UNT Dallas permission to use pictures taken of my organization at this event. *
Tables will be assigned to my organization, and I may not choose my table. I must check-in with the Coordinator of Activities & Organizations. *
Any flyers or table decorations are my responsibility to print or bring on the day of the event. *
