Angie Castillo

Angie Castillo, Executive Assistant to the President, has served in her role at UNT Dallas since May 2006.  She is the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President, handles the many demands on the President’s schedule and provides day-to-day oversight of the President's Office.  Before joining UNT Dallas, Castillo worked for more than 10 years in project management and graphic design. Castillo earned her Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Mountain View College in 1997 and her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree from the University of North Texas – Dallas Campus in 2002. She is a member of the first graduating class of UNT – Dallas Campus. In her spare time, Castillo enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
