Physical Group Tours for Spring 2022 tour dates will resume in February 2022. If you are interested in a group tour, email visit@untdallas.edu . Your request does not solidify your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation with approval of your request. Group tours will be accommodated to a max of 50 students and require one adult chaperon per every 10 students, due to room capacity and COVID-19 precautions. Middle School Groups will be hosted only on Wednesdays. High School and College groups will be hosted Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note, we have a high demand of group request and visits to our campus. We ask for your patience and flexibility as we process your group tour request. 5th - 8th Grade Groups
College readiness is essential. Exposure to higher education from a young age sets the stage for early preparation. We welcome school and community groups of 5th-8th grade levels. Students will learn information and preparation for attending college, college admission, financial aid, and scholarships, and tour the UNT Dallas campus.
Requests must be made at least three weeks in advance. If any members of the group require any ADA accommodations, please specify so that we may accommodate your request or connect you with the appropriate services.
Overview of Typical Visit Schedule:
9:45 a.m.- Arrival to campus, park and/or drop off students
- 10:00 a.m.- College Readiness Presentation/Activity (includes information about preparing for college, financial aid, scholarships and student life)
- 10:45 a.m.- Campus Tour
- 11:30a.m.- Lunch (see section below on lunch options)
- 12:30 p.m.- Closing/Departure from campus
9th - 12th Grade Groups
We welcome 9th-12th Grade Group to provide exposure of higher education. We welcome high school student groups, to join us to visit our campus and learn more about UNT Dallas. Group visits will include an admission presentation, and an overview of financial aid, and scholarship opportunities, and tour the UNT Dallas campus.

Lunch On Campus
School Groups are allowed to bring school sack lunches, however, not allowed to order outside food. School groups are also able to order from our UNT Dallas Campus Café. If you are interested on ordering lunch, upon confirmation of your group visit, instructions on how to proceed with ordering and payment will be provided. Groups will order boxed lunches and will eat in the room reserved. This is the standard for Spring 2022, due to COVID-19 and space accommodations.
