For stays less than 14 nights (2 weeks)

Large Group Rates (groups larger than 50 people):

Extended Stay Rates (for stays longer than 2 weeks or 14 nights):

Cleaning and Prep Fee: Charged per room/per stay

For stays of 1 night up to 14 nights (2 weeks)	$75.00
For stays between 14 Days - 34 nights (2 - 5 weeks)	$100.00
For stays beyond 35 nights (5 weeks)	$125.00

Room Related Amenities:
- Fully furnished with Twin XL bed frame and mattress, dresser, desk, desk chair, built in closet, vanity and sink (1 per room)
- Shower Curtain and Hooks (must provide own shower items)
- ID cards (for building access): A limited number will be provided for your group and must be returned at check-out. If you request more than the number provided, if the cards are damaged, or if you do not return the IDs at check-out, the cost is $10 per ID.
- Room Key for residential space (cost for lost, damaged, or key not being returned is $50/key)
- All utilities during your stay
- Central A/C and Heating
- On-site Maintenance Support
- High speed Wireless or Wired Internet. For wired internet must provide own Ethernet cord
