UNTD Police Dept. Hosts National Night Out October 4

The University of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas) Police Department will host its second annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, October 4, from 5-8 p.m. on the university’s main campus at 7300 University Hills Blvd., Dallas, TX, 75241.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. Community members, along with UNT Dallas students, alumni, and employees are invited to enjoy free food, games, music, and a host of other activities. Entertainment will include performances by local high school drum lines and dance teams.

Health assessments, voter registration information and other community services also will be available. The event is free and open to the public.
