UNT Dallas campus parking is enforced at all times, including weekends, holidays, and after normal business hours. A valid permit must be visible while parked on campus at all times. ADA, DV and Purple Heart spaces must display the appropriate license plate emblems or hang tags to avoid any penalties at all times. Lot 3 is reserved parking for Wisdom Hall resident students and qualifying staff.
Visitors and guests qualify for a complimentary permit. You must register your vehicle and guest account with the Parking and Transportation Services office to qualify.
We offer a multiple range of permits. Guests and visitors will qualify for a day pass/hourly parking. Students and part-time staff members qualify for either a day pass, Annual or Semester permit. Full time staff will require an annual permit that may be payroll deducted. Please contact our office for further details.
Motorcycles and Bicycles are not required to have a parking permit at the UNT Dallas campus.
First Time Visitors: Please contact the UNT Dallas Parking and Transportation Services office to inquire about your one-time complimantary day pass.
Test Takers: If you are visiting the campus to take an exam you are eligible for a day pass. You may click the link to purchase a parking permit or visit the campus office in person. Please be sure to time your visit accoding in order to not delay your test start time schedule.
Disabled Veterans: I am a registered owenr of Disabled Veteran license plates. Please visit the Parking and Transportation Services office for your complimentary annual student/staff permit. Guests that hold this status may qualify for a complimentary day pass.
Overnight Parking: Overnight parking requests must be submitted by email to: UNTDParking@untdallas.edu and PD@untdallas.edu. Unidentified/unclaimed vehicles will be towed at the owners expense
Citations are issued throughout the day by the UNT Dallas parking and transportation services team. They may be paid online or in person.
A $25 late fee may be added after 10 days of the permit being issued. Late fees will not be removed once they are added.
Citations may be appealed online before the 10 day grace period has expired. They may not be appealed once a late fee has been added. The UNT Dallas Parking Appeals Committee meets once every 30 days. Once an appeal is received it is submitted to the committee.
