Self-assessments provide users with a private, judgment-free way to quickly evaluate their own stress, wellness, and warning signs. By answering a few guided questions, users can gain clearer insight into areas where they may be struggling — often recognizing issues they might not have realized or wanted to acknowledge. These assessments are not diagnostic, but they act as an early indicator that encourages users to seek care, connect with peer support, or access the right resources before challenges escalate.
For decades, we’ve addressed the psychological wounds of law enforcement and first responders without asking a critical question: Are there underlying neurological factors?
This HIT (Head Impact Trauma) and BOP (Blast Overpressure) Self-Assessment confronts repeated exposure to head impacts—from defensive tactics, firearms instruction, breaching, combatives, and training scenarios—can alter the brain. This isn’t limited to combat injuries; it includes the cumulative trauma faced by military, law enforcement and other first responders by simply doing their jobs.
Once completed, you will receive an email of your results which helps document those possible exposures so your care team can better understand what might be affecting you.
We cannot treat what we do not understand and the brain keeps score.
