The University of North Texas System and its campuses are committed to conducting themselves with the highest integrity and in compliance with all laws. They are dedicated to ensuring that its faculty, staff, and administration understand the requirements of applicable laws, and that they have access to the training and guidance they need to carry out their duties in an effective and ethical manner. The UNT System and its campuses have extensive record keeping, tracking, and oversight mechanisms for ensuring compliance, and they are committed to their continuous review and improvement.

Tim Willette

As the UNT System Administration and UNT Dallas Compliance Officer, Mr. Willette is responsible for ensuring that System Administration and UNT Dallas have access to compliance services that satisfy the applicable elements of the U.S. Federal Sentencing Commission’s Guidelines.  This includes directly managing the Trust Line complaint and concern system for System Administration and UNT Dallas, both of which offer an anonymous reporting option.  Mr. Willette is also responsible for partnering with management at every level to use an Enterprise Risk Management approach to facilitate compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
