About Emergency Management

The University of North Texas at Dallas is committed to protecting the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Through proactive planning, training, and response coordination ensuring the university community is ready to respond effectively to emergencies and recover quickly from unexpected events.

Our Emergency Management program is designed to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural disasters, accidents, health crises, and other critical incidents that may impact university operations. Working in collaboration with local, state, and federal agencies, UNT Dallas maintains an all-hazards approach to emergency preparedness.

Emergency Management Training Opportunities

Take advantage of our partnership with UNTHSC to get in-person emergency preparedness courses taught by Professionals in the medical field such as Stop the Bleed, Narcan Demonstration, and Hands only CPR.
