Public comments will be accepted for each agenda item requiring a vote. Please note that public comment is a one-way communication, and officials generally do not respond during the comment period. Each individual is allotted a maximum of three minutes per item. Comments must pertain to the agenda item and should be addressed to the Presiding Officer, not to individual members or the audience.
To request the opportunity to comment on an agenda item, please email FacultySenate@untdallas.edu with your full name and specify the agenda item(s) you wish to address. You will be called upon when the comment period for that item begins. Requests to comment must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. If more than ten individuals request to speak, time limits may be reduced and/or comments may be limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
