Summer Housing, Winter Break Housing, and required Meal Plans are charged separately. Review the current Summer and Winter Housing rates for room and Meal Plan costs.
Summer Housing is available to UNT Dallas students. Applicants must pay a $100 non-refundable Housing Application Fee, which will be added to the Student Account before the Summer Semester begins.
Housing Assignments are based on eligibility and available residence hall space. Priority is given to students enrolled in summer classes and students with a demonstrated Housing need.
A limited number of rooms are available because the university also hosts summer camps and conferences. Housing updates are sent to each applicant’s UNT Dallas email account.
Limited Summer Housing may be available to external groups and individuals after university student, camp, and conference needs are considered.
Winter Break Housing is optional for current residents who need to remain on campus after fall closing. Approved residents remain in their current Housing Assignment from December 12, 2026, through January 8, 2027.
Residents must submit the required Winter Break Housing form if they plan to remain in Wisdom Hall after noon on December 12 or stay during any part of Winter Break.
Front desk operations remain available during Winter Break, but Student Staff and professional staff availability may be limited while the university is closed.
