Our Community

Wisdom Hall is designed with your needs in mind and provides plenty of space to get to know your fellow Trailblazers! We feature high-speed internet and streaming services, various study spaces, a community kitchen, workout facility, laundry facility, and a multipurpose space! Our 120-bed residence hall gives you easy access to university support resources and activities day or night!

Your Living Space

Each room comes standard with a Twin XL bed, mattress, dresser, desk, and desk chair. Make your living space your own in your single-suite or with a fellow Trailblazer in one of our double-suites. A single-suite means that each resident will have their own private living space and share a private bathroom with one other resident. A double-suite means that each resident will share a bedroom with another Trailblazer and share a private bathroom with two other residents. ADA spaces are specifically designed to meet the needs of those with varying abilities. Note: Meal Plan is required for all residential students during the Summer. Rates listed above are per person throughout the Summer Academic Period. This nightly will be charged for each additional night a residents needs to move in early or remain in the community after the contract period. This rate includes the cost of all utilities, laundry, and fees. 

Residential Student Meal Plans

Students living on campus are required to have a meal plan.

Each meal plan represents the number of times per week the student is allowed to get a designated amount of food in the Campus Cafe. We also feature Flex Dollars that can be used at the Jag Cafe (Founders Hall), Campus Starbucks (Student Center), or Smoothie Express (Dal 1) on items not covered by the meal plan.

The rates listed below are for each semester for the 2025 - 2026 Academic Year. 

*Note: Meal Plans are not active during Spring Break.* 

Residential Student Meal Plans  

A Meal Plan is a pre-selected amount of meals and money students pay to dine on campus. At UNT Dallas each meal plan is named after the number of meals students are allowed to get each week throughout the academic semester in the Campus Cafe. We also feature Flex Dollars that can be used at the Jag Cafe (Founders Hall), and Campus Starbucks (Student Center) to purchase items not covered by the meal plan.

100% Refund on all Housing Rates, Fees & Meal Plan excluding the non-refundable Housing Application Fee

Students must cancel via email to a Housing Professional Staff Member, move all belongings out of their assigned space, and turn in all keys (if applicable) by August 8, 2025 at 5:00PM.
80% Refund on all Housing Rates, Fees & Meal Plan excluding the non-refundable Housing Application Fee

Students must cancel via email to a Housing Professional Staff Member, move all belongings out of their assigned space, and turn in all keys (if applicable) by August 29, 2025 at 5:00PM.
