
Anthony Minter serves as Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communications at UNT Dallas and Assistant Vice Chancellor of Marketing and Communications for the University of North Texas System. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, advertising, and design, he oversees systemwide branding, marketing, digital strategy, and creative communications. In his role at UNT Dallas, he leads in elevating the university’s brand through marketing, media relations, design, social media, and both internal and external communications.
Since joining the UNT System in 2019, Anthony has led award-winning initiatives in visual identity, social media engagement, and institutional storytelling that have elevated the university system’s public profile.
He holds a master's degree in graphic information technology from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Delta State University.
