Tool: Program Assessment for Four Pillars
This tool is designed to capture strengths and opportunities based on program faculty
discussions. Faculty are free to adapt the tool to include additional components derived
from the aspirational vision created in Step 1.
Tool: Degree Program Collaboration SharePoint site
This site contains individual program files tailored to your program and lists every
course. It is designed to assist you in planning – but please feel free to adapt as
needed. Or, you are free to use another planning tool that meets your needs.
The links above are intended to provide initial guidance on each pillar. You are welcome and encouraged to engage in additional exploration tailored to your program. Also, please note that CITL, CELCS, and others will be providing professional learning sessions on each pillar and are also available for consultation.
