Dallas County Promise

WHAT IS THE DALLAS COUNTY PROMISE?

The University of North Texas at Dallas is proud to make a bachelor’s degree attainable for all as a partner with Dallas County Promise, an innovative, life-changing program that aims to send students in Dallas County to college tuition-free! The UNTD Dallas County Promise Scholarship covers the remaining balance on the full cost of tuition for up to four academic years or bachelor’s degree completion (whichever comes first) that is not covered by other grants, scholarships, exemptions, benefits and/or waiver programs received by the student.

WHO CAN BE CONSIDERED FOR PROMISE?

Students must meet the UNT Dallas Promise deadlines and UNT Dallas admission criteria to be considered for Dallas County Promise funding. To be eligible, freshman and transfer students must have a family adjusted gross income (AGI) of $65,000 or less.
