Category Tool
The category tool is a spreadsheet that helps departments find the right category depending on what is purchased when filling out a requisition. The spreadsheet is filter-enabled which allows departments to only see the categories that apply to a particular group. For example, if a department wants to purchase bottled water, the category tool will pull up all categories that could be used when ordering "Goods". There are also keywords that allow for a search on a single word that can also pinpoint a category, for eaxmple, departments can serach by typing in the word "speaker."
