Transcripts

 

UNT Dallas students can obtain official transcripts in both hard-copy and electronic format.

Please note that due to COVID-19 closures the delivery of hard-copy transcripts may be delayed. 

Transcripts via GreenLight (no fee)

Transcripts via Parchment ($5.00 fee per transcript)

 

How long will it take to get my transcript?

If you do not have any transcript blocks or holds, your order will be processed by GreenLight or Parchment as soon as they receive your order.  Hard copy transcripts are mailed regular first class postage unless you pay for expedited delivery on the Parchment website. 

Can I request my transcript over the phone or in person?

No, we cannot take transcript requests over the phone or in person.  You must request and pay for your transcript online. 

Can my school send you my transcript electronically?

Yes. Electronic transcripts are submitted via GreenLight or Parchment. 

Can you fax or email my transcript?

Electronic transcripts are emailed through GreenLight. Unfortunately, we cannot fax transcripts.

Will my transcript show classes taken at other institutions?

No, your transcript will only show courses you have taken at UNT Dallas.

How do I get my unofficial transcript?

If you are a current student, you can log into your student portal, select the "Academic Records" tile, and then select "View Unofficial Transcript" to view and/or print it. Or, both current and former students may also view and/or print their unofficial transcript via GreenLight.

I took classes at UNT Dallas before August 2015. Can I get my transcript at UNT Dallas?

No. You will need to obtain your transcript from UNT Denton. Please go to http://registrar.unt.edu/transcripts-and-records to request a transcript. 

I took classes at the Denton campus. Can I get my transcript at UNT Dallas?

No. You will need to obtain your transcript from UNT Denton.  Please go to http://registrar.unt.edu/transcripts-and-records to request a transcript.
