Testing Coordinator (TSI)
As a Testing Coordinator at UNT Dallas, Jennifer has the privilege of supporting students and the community, ensuring that exams are conducted with integrity and efficiency. She graduated from UNT Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. Having been a student at UNT Dallas, Jennifer understands the importance of a supportive environment, especially for first-generation students. This personal experience has fueled her passion for providing resources and guidance that help students thrive in every aspect of their academic journey. She takes pride in contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters student success.
When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys doing crafts, reading, and going on walks.
RaShidah Smallwood joined UNT Dallas Testing Services in July 2024 as a part-time testing coordinator. “Shidah” was born in Dallas, Texas, but raised in Fort Ord, California. She graduated from PCI Health Institute as a Certified Psychiatric Assistant and from the University of Phoenix School of Business. RaShidah was a Regional VA Financial Aid Manager for several years for the University of Phoenix and ITT Technical Institute. Her mission statement is simple: " Just keep swimming!” When not at UNT Dallas, she does non-profit work for individuals with different neurodivergent conditions.
Eri Hood has been a dedicated Student Worker at the UNT Dallas Testing Center for a year and a half. In this role, Eri assists clients with their exams, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed. Passionate about their work, Eri takes great pride in being part of the Testing Center team at the University of North Texas at Dallas.
Outside of work, Eri enjoys a variety of creative hobbies, including writing, art, jewelry making, and reading. A skilled cook, Eri is especially known for their iconic baked mac and cheese. Their interests also extend to Sanrio, death metal, indie music, vintage antiques, and cosmetology, reflecting a unique and diverse personality.
